16th Community Event

Today at 10am Sydney, Australia time we hosted our sixteenth Community Event on the topic of universal healthcare. After quickly having morning coffees and catching up, Premier William, Deputy Premier Xavier, Health Minister Gobby, Assembly Member Jack and Supreme Justice George investigated different healthcare regimes around the world. Afterwards, the team delved into the day’s questions.

The debate was lively but still friendly. The discussion centred around what kind of healthcare regime Vladastock should adopt. With near total agreement that Vladastock’s healthcare system should be nationalised, and Member States of the Confederation must uphold Confederal government standards in terms of healthcare outcomes. It was unanimously agreed that Australia’s Medicare system should be the inspiration for Vladastock’s system. There was also a radical streak in the discussions, where it was suggested that even non-citizens of Vladastock may access our healthcare system.

After the near hour long conversations, the team settled into some online party games and caught up on their latest holiday adventures. Overall, it was a fun but highly engaging morning. The current administration will take the advice given in this Community Event and use it to craft Vladastock’s healthcare system.
